We just got home from this amazing Easter buffet at the Fireside…everything was delicious!!!

The key feature is the long bone still attached, which not only looks impressive on the plate but also helps lock in juices during cooking. Along with our rib eye special is our massive prime rib dinner. 🥩

Thanks to beautiful marbling – the small flecks of fat throughout the meat – this steak is incredibly rich and succulent. When grilled to perfection, you get a beautiful caramelized crust and a melt-in-your-mouth interior, often with a subtle, earthy richness near the bone. It’s a spectacular choice for a memorable meal.
